Office Visits
Copays, deductibles, coinsurance and any other patient responsibility are due at the time of service. We accept: all major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard and American Express
Uninsured and Self-Pay Patients
Patients without insurance are considered self-pay patients. Payment for office-based services is due at the time of service. We are committed to providing a high-level of service to ALL patients.
